No 'donut holes' needed with our posture cushions!

Other posture cushions are larger and typically include a cut-out hole at the back, designed to relieve pressure on the tail bone (or coccyx). Such a design actually promotes collapse of the pelvis and doesn't address the underlying cause of pain and discomfort. Our Wedges establish the body's natural  'home base' alignment that not only relieves pressure on the tail bone, it trains your body to know how to sit with a solidly upright, yet fully relaxed spine.

We're here to help you sit, stand, and move comfortably—the way Nature intended you to do for a whole lifetime.

Even as a yoga teacher and massage therapist many years ago, I still experienced chronic pain in my body because of my underlying skeletal misalignment. I didn't yet understand that just stretching and strengthening muscles can be a vicious cycle, when we ignore our underlying alignment. I didn't yet realize that I and many others had become stuck in this vicious cycle.

I finally freed myself of chronic stiffness and pain and became more genuinely flexible and strong, not through exercise (which has many real benefits) but by learning how to inhabit my body according to our innate human design.

It wasn't a quick fix (there simply is no such thing!) but it was an enduring fix, and now at age 74, I continue to reap the benefits of being supported by aligned bones. This has allowed my muscles to do their primary job of moving my bones via a system of pulleys and levers, rather than muscles having to struggle to hold me up or hold me together.

This is why I've been so passionately focused on sharing this message for the past 24 years through the books I've written and the posture aid cushions I've created (scroll below to learn more) —  as well as the classes I've taught and my new online programs.
